Derek has been building and leading development and operations teams for over twenty years, utilizing a wide variety of project and change management methodologies. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and Operations Management, as well as certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Disciplined Agile Practitioner (CDAP), Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and Prosci Certified Change Practicioner (CCP).
