We will be meeting virtually using Google Meets. Same time and same great conversation, just from the comfort of wherever you are…and without pizza.
Augusta Developer welcomes Clay Moody from Defense Digital Service and their Rebel Outpost Tatooine, which is based in the Georgia Cyber Center. Learn how to hack with open source tools like Juice Shop from OWASP. Clay will also elaborate on the experience of working within DDS.
The Defense Digital Service is a Secretary of Defense office inside the Pentagon that chose the Georgia Cyber Center as the location for its first remote office. Clay and Jason from the DDS Rebel Outpost Tatooine will talk about what it's like to work for a start up inside the Department of Defense and how they are building product development teams with industry experts and active duty service members. They will share how providing time and space to apply common practice from the software industry to DoD problem sets has shaped operations and built exciting opportunities for military members and civil servants.
