Art Abdon- Art the Artist Studios

Art Abdon is owner of Art the Artist Studios and has been a member of theClubhou.se since 2018 when he joined our entrepreneurial program Startup Life. He shares,
“With the help of theClubhou.se, I was able to start my business!
I began working with local schools to get visual arts in after school programs.”
Art the Artist Studios then created, ASAP, an “After-School Arts Program” designed to help children explore and express their creative minds while teaching children that “Creativity is your super-power!”
Along with bringing art education to schools, Art the Artist Studios is also a digital and traditional art company, mobile art school, and design center. Abdon’s local business is completing shirt and logo designs for three new companies, creating designs while helping them expand their brand to a larger audience.
Currently, Art the Artist Studios are working with Augusta’s well known Jessye Norman School of the Arts. In addition, the studio works with North Augusta Arts and the Heritage Center.
In the fall of 2021, the studio will continue with the after-school arts program with the JNSA and Savannah River Academy. Abdon has also started working with Augusta collaborators to plan more murals around the downtown area. By the end of the year, the studio is planning one new comic book and two more by next year!
